Library Donations

Please support ALA's "Libraries Build Communities" program by donating books and other materials for libraries or schools in need. Donations will support local libraries and many of the area school libraries that are in need of newer resources. Please plan on donating leftover books and other items after the show, instead of shipping these items back to your office or warehouse, save on shipping costs and do a good deed!

To Participate

If you plan to participate in the donation program, please submit the form below.

Exhibitors will receive color-coded labels to attach to materials in their booths that are targeted for donation. At the close of the exhibits on Monday, a special labor crew will collect only these materials.

Exhibitors may want to plan additional donations for libraries beyond their normal end of show (or set aside more at the end of the show.)
